01Why it matters

Some of a home's best features don't fit in a ground-level photo: acreage, a private dock, a corner lot, a cul-de-sac or a five-minute walk to the greenway. From the air, buyers see them in one frame.

02What's included

What you receive

  1. 01

    Aerial stills

Elevated and overhead views of the home, the lot and the surroundings, edited to match the ground photos.
  2. 02

    Aerial video clips

Slow reveals, push-ins and orbits, delivered as clips or cut into your listing film.
  3. 03

    Context frames

Water, golf course, downtown skyline or nearby amenities, when the airspace and distance allow.
  4. 04

    Level, color-matched edits

Horizons leveled, haze reduced and color matched to the ground photos, with nothing added to the landscape.
  5. 05

    Airspace check before booking

We check the address against FAA airspace maps and request LAANC authorization where needed.
  6. 06

    MLS-ready delivery

Sized and delivered in the same gallery as the rest of your listing media.

08Questions

Frequently asked

Who flies the drone?

All flights are performed by an FAA Part 107 certified remote pilot, subject to weather and airspace authorization. Aerial requests are confirmed once a certified pilot is scheduled for your date.

Can you fly anywhere in Charlotte?

No. Large parts of Charlotte are inside Class B airspace around CLT. Many addresses can be approved through LAANC, often with a height limit. Some can't be flown at all. We check your address before confirming aerial work.

What happens if the weather is bad?

The ground photography goes ahead and the aerial portion is rescheduled for the next suitable day.

Do I need the neighbors' permission?

Generally no, but we keep the camera on your listing and avoid neighboring yards and people. Tell us about any HOA rules on takeoff locations.
