01Why it matters
Photos show finishes; a floor plan shows how the house works. Buyers use it to check whether the bedrooms are together, where the laundry is and whether their dining table fits. Listings with a plan answer those questions before the showing.

Frequently asked
How are homes measured?
On site during the photo shoot, room by room. You don't need a separate appointment.
How accurate are the plans?
Close enough for marketing, not for construction. Plans are labeled as approximate, and square footage should be verified independently.
What file formats do I get?
A high-resolution image (JPG or PNG) for the MLS and web, and a PDF for print. Both are in your client portal.
Can you do multi-level homes?
Yes. Each level is drawn as its own plan, labeled by floor.
Are 3D renderings and furnished plans included?
Furnished and 3D versions are quoted per project. Ask when you book or request a quote.
